General rules of play

By placing a bet with us you accept these rules, our Terms & Conditions and the rules of the game you have opened. Where the rules of an individual game differ from the general rules on this page, the game's own rules apply to that game.

  • One account per player. Duplicate accounts may be closed and bets placed on them voided.
  • 18+ only. We hold a gaming licence and verify the age and identity of every account holder.
  • Play for yourself. Accounts may not be shared, sold or operated on another person's behalf, and the funds you stake must be your own.
  • Two balances. Where you hold both cash and bonus funds, they are used in the order shown in the cashier, and the balance that funds a bet decides which rules apply to it.
  • Bets are final. Once a round has started, a bet, spin or hand cannot be cancelled, changed or withdrawn.

Double-check your stake and the game you have opened before you confirm a round. We cannot refund a bet placed by mistake.

How bets and spins are settled

Every outcome is produced and recorded on our game servers. The result held on the server is the official outcome of the round and is final, even where your screen shows something different because of a display fault, a slow connection or a problem on your device.

  1. You confirm a stake and the round is sent to the game server.
  2. The server produces the result and records it in your game history.
  3. Any win is calculated from that game's paytable and credited to the balance that funded the bet.
  4. The completed round stays in your game history, which you can look over at any time.

Each game carries its own rules and paytable, opened from the information button inside the game. These set out the bet range, the symbols or hands that pay, how bonus features work and how ties and unfinished features are handled. The theoretical return-to-player figure for the game is shown in the same place.

Malfunctions and interrupted games

A malfunction is any fault that stops a game working the way its rules describe, including a server error, a software fault or a payout that does not match the paytable.

  • A malfunction voids all pays and play. An affected round is void, stakes are returned to the balance they came from, and any amount credited in error is removed.
  • Errors are put right both ways. Where a fault has cost you funds, we return them; where it has credited funds you were not entitled to, we recover them, and a withdrawal may be held while that is settled.
  • Disconnections. An unfinished round is held on the server. When you reopen the game it either resumes from where it stopped or settles automatically under the game's rules, and the outcome appears in your game history.
  • Open features. Free spins and bonus rounds already triggered stay with the game until they are completed or until the period stated in the game's rules has passed.

Continuing to play a game you know is paying incorrectly is treated as misuse under our Terms & Conditions and may lead to void bets and account closure.

Bonus funds and promotional play

Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credit are governed by the terms of the offer they came from as well as these rules. Those terms are shown when you claim the offer and in the promotions area of your account.

  • Wagering. Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the balance can be withdrawn. Progress is shown in your account.
  • Maximum bet. While a wagering requirement is open, stakes are capped at the maximum bet stated in the bonus terms. Bets above that cap may be void, along with the bonus and anything won from it.
  • Game contributions. Games count towards wagering at the rates listed in the bonus terms, and some games are excluded. Play on an excluded game does not count.
  • Order of play. Where a bonus is active, bets are funded in the order shown in the cashier and follow the bonus terms until the requirement is met.
  • Expiry. Unused bonus funds and free spins end at the point set out in the offer and are then removed from your balance.

Winnings still tied to a bonus are removed with it if the bonus is cancelled, expires or is forfeited, unless the offer says otherwise.

Live casino and table games

Live games are dealt by a dealer in a studio and streamed to your device. The rules of each table, including bet limits, side bets and how dealer errors are handled, are in that table's help screen.

  • The dealer's call stands. Decisions taken at the table about the conduct of a round, including whether a bet is valid, are final, subject to the table rules and to our checks on the recorded footage.
  • Late bets. A bet must be confirmed before betting time closes. A bet that is not registered in time takes no part in the round and the stake stays in your balance.
  • Dealer and equipment errors. Misdeals, unreadable results and equipment faults are handled as the table rules set out, which may mean the round is void and stakes returned.
  • Chat. Chat is moderated. Abusive messages or attempts to disrupt the table or other players may lead to chat being withdrawn or the account being closed.

Seats, limits and table availability change through the day. Where a table closes mid-session, open bets are settled or returned under the rules of that table.

Queries about a round

If you think a round has settled incorrectly, start with your game history, which shows the stake, the result and the balance used. If that does not answer the question, contact us.

  1. Write to support@casino-justin.co.uk or open the live chat on our site.
  2. Give the name of the game or live table, with the date and time of the round and your time zone.
  3. Give the round reference from your game history, the stake, and the result you expected.
  4. Tell us what your screen showed and whether the game was interrupted.

We look into the round against the records held on our game servers, and those records are the basis of our answer. We confirm your query on receipt and come back to you with the outcome, keeping you updated where a matter takes longer to settle. If you remain unhappy, our Complaints policy sets out the next steps, including the alternative dispute resolution service open to you.
