Justin Casino Login: Sign In to Your Account

Your sign-in takes two things: the username you created and your password. Once you are in, your balance, your promotions and the limits you have set are all in one place, and you can change them yourself at any hour.

Signing in: your username, your password and the Remember Me box

The login box sits at the top of the site and asks for two details: the unique username you chose when you opened your account, and your password. Both are yours alone and neither is shared with anyone else, including our support team, who will never ask you to type your password to them.

Open the login box

Select Login at the top of the site. Two fields appear, one for your username and one for your password.

Enter your username, not your email

You sign in with the username you created, so type it exactly as you set it up. Your registered email address is used for password resets and for contacting you about prizes and account matters.

Type your password

Type it in yourself rather than relying on a browser on a shared device. If you think anyone else has seen it, change it as soon as you are in.

Decide about Remember Me

Ticking Remember Me keeps you signed in on that device so you are not starting from the login box every visit. Leave it unticked on any device other people can pick up.

Check your balances once you are in

Real funds and bonus funds are held separately, so you can see what is already withdrawable and what still has wagering to finish before it converts.

Times on your account are stated in GMT. That matters more than it sounds: a daily limit period runs from 00:00 to 23:59 GMT, a weekly one from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday, and a monthly one from the first to the final day of the calendar month. Signing in at 11pm on a Sunday puts you at the end of a weekly period, not the start of one.

Sign in at least once a week to keep active bonuses

Bonuses and free spins sitting in your account are removed if you do not log in for seven days. A short sign-in keeps them in place, and it is also when you take your Daily Wheel spin, which needs no deposit and is available once per day.

Fingerprint and Face ID: signing in without typing a password

Alongside the standard username and password, we support biometric login. You can sign in with your fingerprint or with Face ID, on desktop and on the mobile version of the site, so a long password stops being a reason to stay logged in on a device you carry around.

UK players welcome

Biometric sign-in sits on top of your normal credentials rather than replacing them. Your username and password still work, and you will want to remember them for the times you sign in on a different device or after changing your password.

  • Fingerprint sign-in, on desktop and mobile
  • Face ID sign-in, on desktop and mobile
  • Standard username and password login, always available as the fallback
  • Remember Me, for devices that only you use

Keeping your sign-in details yours alone

Account security is partly our job and partly yours. On our side, connections to the site are encrypted, player funds are held separately, and we verify identity before a first withdrawal is paid. On your side, a few habits do most of the work.

  • Keep your username and password private and do not reuse the password elsewhere.
  • Log out when you have finished playing, especially on a device that is not yours.
  • Change your password straight away if you think someone else has seen it.
  • Keep payment methods in your own name: cards and accounts added to your profile must belong to you, the registered account holder.
  • Tell us if your email address, phone number or postal address changes, so resets and prize emails still reach you.

Justin Casino is licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39175. You must be 18 or over to hold an account and play, and we may ask for proof of age at any stage.

What sits behind the sign-in: account details and verification status

Once you are signed in, the My Account area is where your own settings live. Under Account Details you will find your registered information, your payment methods, up to three cards if you choose to add them, and your Verification Status.

Verification is the identity check every account goes through before a first payout, and you can get it out of the way the first time you sign in rather than waiting. Uploads go through My Account, then Account Details, then Verification Status. On desktop you are given a QR code to scan with a mobile device so you can take and upload the photo part from your phone.

DocumentWhat it needs to show
Photo IDA driving licence or passport, with a clear photo, plus a selfie image
Proof of addressA utility bill or government-issued letter with your full name, current postal address and an issue date within the last 3 months
Proof of payment methodA photo of the registered card showing the cardholder name and the last 4 digits, with the middle 8 digits covered
File formatJPG, PNG or PDF, with all four corners of the document visible

Documents are checked within 3 working days. In some cases we may ask for further identification, or for certified documents, to satisfy the checks we are required to carry out as a licensed operator.

New here? Your first deposit unlocks the welcome package

Sign in, open the standard cashier and deposit from £10 to claim up to **£4,300 plus 300 free spins**. Wagering is 35×, the maximum bet during wagering is £5, and you have 21 days to work through it.

Deposit limits you set yourself, and when a change takes effect

Deposit limits are set from inside your account and you can apply them any time of day or night, with no need to ask us first. A gross deposit limit caps the total you can deposit in a period, and withdrawals do not reduce the amount counted against it.

A net deposit limit works on deposits minus eligible withdrawals. Say you set a £100 net limit and deposit £80, then withdraw £30: your net figure is £50, so you could deposit up to a further £50 in that period before the limit stops you.

PeriodRuns fromReset

Weekly00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday GMTResets each week; unused amounts do not carry forward
MonthlyFirst to final day of the calendar monthResets each month; unused amounts do not carry forward

Lowering a limit is instant; raising one waits 24 hours

A reduction applies the moment you confirm it. Increasing or removing a limit triggers a 24-hour cooling-off period, after which you re-confirm the change by logging in again. If you have limits set for more than one period or type, the most restrictive one applies.

Financial limits are not tied to a single account. They apply across all current and future accounts identified as yours on participating Jumpman Gaming websites, so a limit you set here follows you rather than being sidestepped by opening something new.

Take a Break, self-exclusion and the Reality Check timer

If you want sign-in to stop working for a while, that is a setting rather than a request. Take a Break locks your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, or any period you choose up to a maximum of 6 weeks. When the break ends, your account becomes available for play again automatically.

Self-exclusion is the longer option, with a minimum of 6 months, and it is applied across all websites on the Jumpman Gaming platform. The block cannot be lifted while you are in the excluded period, and after it ends the account stays closed until you ask us to reopen it. If you want to shut out every operator licensed in Great Britain at once, GAMSTOP registration does that.

Reality Check is the quieter tool of the three. The timer starts at your first wager of a session and reappears at the interval you pick, giving you the choice to carry on, look at your transaction history, or log out.

  • Gross and net deposit limits, daily, weekly or monthly
  • Take a Break: 24, 48 or 72 hours, or any period up to 6 weeks
  • Self-exclusion: minimum 6 months across the platform
  • Reality Check: a session timer at an interval you choose
  • All of them available to set yourself, 24/7, on desktop and mobile

Gambling is entertainment and the money you stake is genuinely at risk, so these controls are worth setting while you are calm rather than mid-session. A dedicated safer gambling team is reachable by email if you would rather talk something through, and GamCare, the National Helpline, Beacon Counselling Trust and Samaritans are listed as independent support organisations.

If sign-in is not working: what to check and how to reach us

Most sign-in trouble comes down to a handful of causes, and you can rule out most of them in a minute.

  1. Check you are entering your username, not your email address, in the first field.
  2. Watch for stray capitals or spaces, particularly if a keyboard has autocorrected the first letter.
  3. Try the Forgotten Password link rather than guessing repeatedly, so a reset arrives by email.
  4. Remember whether you set a Take a Break or a self-exclusion: the account is intentionally locked for that period and cannot be opened early.
  5. Double-check that the email you are watching is the address registered on the account, including the junk folder.

If you are still locked out, our live chat runs in English from 6am to 9pm BST, seven days a week. Email is answered within 2 business days, and there is a Get In Touch contact form and an FAQs section on the site. Have your username and registered details to hand so we can identify the account quickly.

Sign in and take today's Daily Wheel spin

One spin per day, no deposit needed, available any time between 00:00 and 23:59. Unused spins expire at the end of the day, so a quick sign-in is all it takes.
