The rules that apply to every bonus we give out
Since 19 January 2026, every bonus offer at Justin Casino carries a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus awarded, apart from the welcome package with its own 35x figure. That cap is the single most useful thing to know, because it tells you what any future offer will ask of you before you even open it.
Two mechanics decide how fast you move. First, only bonus wagers count towards wagering: bets paid for out of your real balance contribute nothing. Second, real funds are always spent first, and your bonus balance is only drawn on when the real-money balance can't cover the stake. So a requirement starts moving once your real balance is low enough for the bonus to take over the bet.
A withdrawal mid-wagering clears the bonus balance
If you withdraw real, withdrawable funds before the wagering is finished, the bonus balance resets to £0.00 and any remaining bonus funds and outstanding promotions are forfeited. Finish the wagering first, then cash out.
Bonus funds themselves can never be withdrawn. They turn into cash only by completing wagering, and the amount that can convert is capped: your maximum conversion equals your lifetime deposits, up to £250. Where no deposit has ever been made on the account, that ceiling is £50.

Working out a wagering requirement with real numbers
The arithmetic is simple once you know which bets count. Take the bonus amount, multiply by the requirement, and that total has to be staked from bonus funds on eligible slots.
- A £20 bonus at 10x needs £200 of bonus wagers. At £0.20 a spin that's 1,000 spins; at £1 a spin it's 200.
- A £50 bonus at 10x needs £500 of bonus wagers, and if your lifetime deposits total £50, the most that bonus can ever become in cash is £50.
- £100 of welcome bonus funds at 35x needs £3,500 of bonus wagers inside 21 days, with each spin kept at £5 or under.
- Real-money spins add nothing to any of those totals, so don't expect the counter to move while your cash balance is paying for the bets.
One more figure worth planning around: the £250 conversion ceiling applies to the bonus, not to your own money. Winnings you make with real cash are yours in full, and we place no cap on what you can withdraw.

What can take a bonus off your account
Offers come with time limits, and they're the most common reason a bonus disappears before it converts. Keeping an eye on these four points covers almost everything.
- The validity window. Welcome bonus funds run for 21 days; other claimed winnings must be used within 7 days. Whatever is left when the window closes is removed.
- Seven days without logging in. All bonuses, free spins included, are removed from an account that hasn't been logged into for seven days.
- Unused daily spins. A free spin from the Daily Wheel is available for that day only, from 00:00 to 23:59, and expires at the end of it.
- Withdrawing real funds early. Cashing out before the wagering is complete resets the bonus balance to £0.00 and ends the active promotions attached to it.
Deposits, cards and fees around a promotion
