Justin Casino Withdrawal: Payout Times, Limits and How to Cash Out

Here is how money leaves your account: a £10 minimum, a 72-hour pending period on every request, then 24-48 hours to an e-wallet, 1-3 days to a card or 3-7 days by bank transfer. Every figure on this page is in pounds, because pounds are the only currency we use.

From request to money in your account, step by step

A withdrawal at Justin Casino starts in the cashier and follows the same route every time: you pick an amount, we hold it for 72 hours, then we send the payment out. Only real, withdrawable funds can be cashed out; bonus funds have to be converted first.

Look at your withdrawable balance

Your account keeps real funds and bonus funds apart. The withdrawable figure is the one you can request; anything still sitting in the bonus balance needs its wagering finished before it becomes cash.

Open the cashier and choose to withdraw

Enter the amount you want. The smallest request we can process is £10, and there is no upper limit on the amount or on how many withdrawals you make.

Choose where the money goes

The destination has to be in your own name, exactly as it appears on your account. Refunds can be made to any card registered on your playing account, and up to three cards can be held on one account at a time.

Finish your verification if you have not already

Before your first payout we need a photo ID, a proof of address and a proof of your payment method. Uploading them early means your first withdrawal is not waiting on paperwork.

Let the 72-hour pending period run

Every withdrawal sits pending for 72 hours. During that window the request is still yours to reverse.

We dispatch the payment

Once the pending period ends, the money is on its way and the rest of the time is down to your payout route: 24-48 hours for an e-wallet, 1-3 days for a card, 3-7 days for a bank transfer.

The 72-hour pending period, and changing your mind

The 72-hour hold applies to all withdrawals, large or small, and to every payout route. It starts when you confirm the request, not when your documents are approved, so a verified account and a clean request will move straight through it.

Register in minutes and play

While a withdrawal is pending you can reverse it. We offer that as a choice on site: the money returns to your playable balance instead of leaving the account, which is why some players use it rather than making a fresh deposit. If you want the cash, simply leave the request alone and let the 72 hours pass.

Reversing a withdrawal puts the money back in play

A reversed request is no longer a payout. The funds go back to your balance and can be staked, so only reverse one if you actually intend to keep playing with that money.

How long each payout route takes once the hold ends

The totals below add the 72-hour pending period to the processing time for each route, so you can see the realistic window from the moment you press confirm. Weekends and bank holidays sit inside the banking times, so a Friday request lands later in the following week than a Monday one.

If your first withdrawal is also your first verification, add the document check on top: that takes up to 3 working days and runs separately from the payout itself.

What a withdrawal costs and the amounts you can take out

Our withdrawal terms are short. You can take out anything from £10 upwards, there is no ceiling on a single payout, no win cap and no limit on the number of withdrawals you make. Each withdrawal carries a flat £2.50 processing fee, whatever the amount, and everything is handled in pounds.

Minimum withdrawal£10
Maximum withdrawalNo limit

Processing fee£2.50 per withdrawal
Pending period72 hours on every withdrawal

Because the fee is per withdrawal rather than a percentage, the way you split a payout changes what you pay. Cashing out £200 in one go costs £2.50; the same £200 taken in twenty £10 slices costs £50 in fees. Fewer, larger requests keep more of your balance.

Start with the welcome package

New players can claim up to £4,300 and 300 free spins on a first deposit of £10 or more. Wagering is 35× with a £5 maximum bet per spin or round, and you have 21 days to work through it before any remaining bonus funds are removed.

Verification: the three documents we need before your first payout

We are licensed and regulated in Great Britain by the Gambling Commission under account number 39175, and checking who you are is part of that. Connections to the site are encrypted and we verify your identity before your first withdrawal, so it is worth sending your documents in when you open the account rather than when you are waiting on money.

  1. Photo ID - a driving licence or passport, with a clear photo of the document plus a selfie image.
  2. Proof of address - a utility bill or a government-issued letter showing your full name, your current postal address and an issue date within the last 3 months.
  3. Proof of payment method - a photo of the registered card showing the card owner's name and the last 4 digits, with the middle 8 digits covered.

Upload them in your account under 'My Account' > 'Account Details' > Verification Status. On a desktop you will be given a QR code to scan with your mobile, which makes the ID photo and selfie step much quicker. Files must be JPG, PNG or PDF, and all four corners of the document have to be visible in the image.

Document checks take up to 3 working days. We may ask for further identification, including certified or notarised copies, where that is needed to satisfy Gambling Commission checks. Every payment method on your account must be owned by you and in the same name as your registration details.

What tends to hold a payout up

Most delays come down to small details in the paperwork or the payment method. Run through this list before you request, and your withdrawal has nothing left to trip over.

  • The name on the payment method matches the name on your account.
  • Your proof of address is dated within the last 3 months and shows your full name and current postal address.
  • All four corners of each document are inside the photo, with nothing cropped.
  • The file is a JPG, PNG or PDF.
  • On a card photo, the owner's name and last 4 digits are readable and the middle 8 digits are covered.
  • You are requesting at least £10.
  • Any extra documents we have asked for are uploaded, so the check is not waiting on one missing item.

One more practical point: deposits made through Quick Deposit or the in-game shortcut do not qualify for welcome promotions, so use the standard cashier when a promotion is involved. Pay by Mobile deposits also carry an additional fee on top of the amount you add.

Cashing out while a bonus is still running

Bonus funds can never be withdrawn as they are. They become cash only when the wagering attached to the offer is complete, and each promotion shows its own terms: the welcome package runs at 35× over 21 days, while Daily Wheel winnings carry 10× wagering and must be used within 7 days of being claimed.

Two rules decide what reaches your bank. First, your real balance is always staked before bonus funds, so the bonus balance is only drawn on when real money cannot cover a wager. Second, only bonus wagers count towards wagering; real money wagers do not contribute at all. On the games side, slots count 100% towards bonus wagering, while roulette, blackjack, poker, other table games and progressive jackpots count 0%.

There is also a cap on how much bonus money can turn into withdrawable cash. The maximum conversion equals your lifetime deposits, up to £250. Deposit £50 across your account's life and you can convert up to £50; deposit £300 and the £250 cap applies. If you have never deposited, the maximum conversion is £50.

A payout before wagering is finished clears the bonus balance

If you withdraw real funds while wagering is still outstanding, the bonus balance is reset to £0.00 and any remaining bonus funds and outstanding promotions are forfeited. Finish the wagering first, or accept that the bonus side goes with the payout.

Not everything in your balance is tied up like that. The 5% weekly cashback on eligible slots net spend, calculated from real cash bets minus wins and rewards, lands in your account automatically every Friday with no wagering attached, from £0.10 upwards.

Limits, breaks and staying in control of your money

You can cap what goes in as well as manage what comes out. Gross deposit limits count every deposit in a period, and withdrawals do not reduce the amount counted. Net deposit limits count deposits minus eligible withdrawals: with a £100 net limit, £80 deposited and £30 withdrawn, you sit at £50 net and may deposit up to a further £50.

Limits run daily (00:00-23:59 GMT), weekly (00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday GMT) or monthly (first to last day of the calendar month). They reset each period and anything unused does not carry forward. Reducing a limit takes effect straight away; increasing or removing one needs a 24-hour cooling-off period and then a re-confirmation when you log in. Where you have set limits for more than one period or type, the most restrictive one applies.

  • Reality Check - a timer that starts at your first wager and reappears at the interval you choose, with the option to carry on, look at your transaction history or log out.
  • Take a Break - 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours or any period up to 6 weeks, after which the account becomes available again on its own.
  • Self-exclusion - a minimum of 6 months, applied across every site on our platform. It cannot be lifted during that period, and the account stays closed afterwards until you ask us to reopen it.
  • GAMSTOP - registration there self-excludes you from all gambling companies licensed in Great Britain.

All of these tools are self-service and available at any hour. Gambling is entertainment and the money you stake is genuinely at risk, so set the limits that suit you before you need them. You must be 18 or over to hold an account.

Getting a hand with a withdrawal

If a payout or a document check needs a human, live chat is open in English from 6am to 9pm BST, 7 days a week. Email gets a reply within 2 business days, and we have a dedicated safer gambling team you can reach by email about limits, breaks and self-exclusion.

When you message us about a pending withdrawal, have the amount, the date you requested it and the payout route to hand. That is usually everything needed to tell you where the payment is.

Your balance, your pace

Withdraw from £10 with no maximum and no cap on how often you cash out, and set a deposit limit or a Reality Check from your account whenever you want to.
